For Isabel
A studio for the bath.
The world

There is an old room in every house. The oldest one, with a door that locks from the inside. You run the water hot, and the day stays on the other side of it.

Most of us don’t stay in it long. Not for want of loving a bath. For want of a reason to stay.

Tero is the reason. A studio for the bath: sound, stories, breath and spoken word, composed to be heard in warm water and nowhere else. Released the way records are, named and dated, only when there’s something to say.

The work

The catalogue runs in five families, releases numbered within them, like records in a label’s back room.

Sound  ·  Breath  ·  Words  ·  Attention  ·  Stillness

WORDS is where the essays live. Written pieces, read slowly by the hand that wrote them, sized to the room they’re made for.

The first release in every series is free. Full length, forever. A whole work, never a teaser.

Already made

For something that hasn’t launched, a lot of it is already built behind the scenes.

The studio
Built in-house. The library, the player, the whole feel. These are real screens, on real releases.
The identity
A full brand system, made with Fortem Media: the mark, one typeface, the guidelines you’re reading it in.
The film
Shot on a set, by a cinematographer. Every frame is real.
Where it stands

The studio is all but finished. The identity is done. FATHOM, the mineral soak, is in development with the manufacturer. The bath moves quietly behind it all.

Melbourne. The first release to the world, October 2026.

The commission
The series
Three essays, written for Tero and recorded in your voice. Numbered, named, dated. The first is free to everyone, forever.
The territory
Yours. Theme, words, all of it. Each piece runs 20 to 30 minutes: it ends before the bath goes cold.
Not a campaign
No content schedule, no talking points, nothing to post unless you’re proud of the work. A commissioned work, paid properly, with the shape of it kept for a conversation.
The company
A small roster of artists: writers, musicians, voices. The work of artists, released like records.

If this lands, would love to jump on a call.
